To our RV Friends and Valued Customers:
National Travelers RV Parts and Superstore makes every effort to make sure you, our customers are satisfied with your purchase. However in the rare case that you have a problem, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your pruchase if returned within 30 days of purchase or shipping.
If your return is due to factors beyond your control, we will even refund your shipping cost. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping charges If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items may be subject to a 20%
restocking fee and the original sales receipt must accompany all returned merchandise.
We are unable to accept returns of electronic items, Special Orders and specially made items unless defective. In some cases, products suspected to be defective may be tested and repaired or you may be instructed to contact the manufacture directly. However, we at National Traverlers will assist you in every way possible to resolve any concerns you will be charged for the new item(s) shipped.
Types of Returns
NEW RETURNS: Products qualify for New Return, if they have not been installed, are in the original packaging, unopened, and include all original materials supplied with the product.
CORE: This term refers to new or remaufactured item(s) for which a core value is charged.
WARRANTY DEFFECT: Refer to our Warranty Policy to determine coverage.
Core value is refundable upon return of the old part.
New Returns: Items can be returned as New which we never installed, preferably unopened, withthe original packaging material and complete contents, including all original information supplied with the item.
Warranty/Defect Returns: Items returned for warranty/defect will be credited for the full purchase price and any applicable taxes upon receiving, inspection and confirmation of a defect or warranty coverage.
Special and Custome order items: You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours production of yoru custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. If we made an error on your order we will fix the error immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order unfortuunatley we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items.
Parts Shipped in Error or Damaged in Shipping: We will issue credit to the original credit card used for the purchase price, applicable taxes, shipping cost for items shipped in error or damaged in shippping. Credit will be issued automatically.
